Can you tell this series grew on me the more I did them? I am kind of loving some of these!

I actually love this outfit. Of course, anything with a pair of Giuseppe Zanotti shoes is going to make my day, but I think this dress is pretty cute too without being too cutesie.

Well, whoever was in charge of naming this character was just a bit lazy, weren't they?
This has got to be one of the hardest outfits to make appealing, the costumes for these dolls/on this show seem to be heavily inspired by Japanese Lolita style which is a bit of a nightmare to translate.

Despite her name, there is nothing pink about Cerise Hood's outfit. Every time I do a Red Riding Hood outfit I remember that I want to dress as her at Halloween, although I think I'll give the tartan and lace from this one a miss....

Next in the Ever After High series and first of the questionable character names - Cedar Wood.
I assume her clothes never get attacked by moths...

After an extended absence I'm back with a new series covering Ever After High and Monsters High characters (or the ones I can get good images for since I haven't actually seen either!)
Starting with Dexter Charming from Ever After High and a blazer that I really want to re-use for a TARDIS outfit.

Guess who's back. And back without an outfit at that! But I promise that I have good reason to be without an outfit - today you should just be you. I was planning on doing a couple outfits of strong female characters but then I realised that I would have had to do a whole host of them to fairly represent all the various types of strengths out there. What better way to demonstrate how fantastic the female of the species is than getting you all to embrace how wonderful you are and show it off!
As for myself, I've resisted the temptation to channel any of the various fairy godmothers and will be rocking my own style (black boots, black skinnies, a muted floral top and gorgeous jacket - hold the jewellery) while I perform godmotherly duties this weekend.0Add a comment
